Sikshya bharati Trust was registered under Indian Trust Act 1882 on dated 03-01-2007 It was set up for the sustainable development of Banki subdivision in particular and the total development of the state in general with holistic approach.
Our Mission
To be a center of excellence driving sustainable development in Odisha through health, education, skills, entrepreneurship, and livelihood, with innovative learning and holistic support for employment and income generation.
Our vission
Develop students’ problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, ethics, and respect for others. Promote academic excellence by exposing students to new ideas and ways of learning. Prepare students for industry needs and enable them to create market-oriented, livelihood-focused solutions.
How we Started
The idea of forming Sikshya Bharati Trust was dreamed by a group of development minded people of Banki subdivision in Cuttack District to serve the poorest of the poor of the society. Finally his idea was translated to establish a Trust in the year of 2007 at banki in the district of Cuttack to provide technical/vocational and professional education to the unemployed youth of the State and to employ them after completion of the training. Organization formed with a view to organizing and implementing various developmental projects mainly directed to address the problems of education, Health, Skill Development, Enterprise Development, Livelihood , Employment and environmental crisis. We are supported by a panel of experts/specialists, development planners, and community organizers in various fields who act as the key resource persons for various development and public welfare projects. Sikshya Bharati Trust believes that young people have the energy, creativity and will to do things differently in their lifetime. They are an asset to the development of their countries and communities and with the right guidance and support can become influential leaders of positive change.
